a) Candidate should produce One-Time Verification (OTV) Certificate issued by the Commission
b) Certificate to prove the Date of Birth (SSLC) AND Certificate to prove the prescribed qualification required for the post [Plus Two, TTC (നിങ്ങളുടെ OTV സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിൽ വെരിഫൈഡ് ചെയ്ത എല്ലാ കാര്യങ്ങളും കൈയിൽ കരുതുക)]
c) The original of the ID proof entered in your profile and approved by the Commission (For more details please see www.keralapsc.gov.in)
d) Original of the Marklists of the Qualifying Examinations.
e) If you are eligible for communal reservation for SC/ST, you should produce original of certificate proving that you are a member of SC/ST Community/SubCaste as per your claim. Otherwise you will not be given the benefit of
f) If you are an ex-serviceman, you should produce the original of PPO & Discharge certificate to prove that you have completed your service in the defence force. If not, you will not be given the benefit for ex-serviceman.
g) If you have claimed Differently Abled in the application, you should produce original of the certificate obtained from the standing disability assessment board formed as per G.O.P No. 161/97/H & FWD dtd. 15.5.97 (For selections from 30.06.2012, as per GO(P) No.39/2012/SWD). If not, you will lose the benefit.
h) If you are a Government employee (Central/State) you should produce form of receipt from the Head of the department in the prescribed format given in Part II (General Condition) of the Gazette notification.
i) If there is difference in the name of the candidate written in the application and that in the documents produced, an Identification certificate obtained from a Gazetted Officer stating that the name in the application and in the documents are of the same person, shall be produced.
j) If there is difference in date of birth in the application and in the document submitted, you should produce a declaration in this regard.
k) If you belong to Other Backward Community you should produce NCLC issued by the competent authority as laid per relevant orders.
